We (Rachel Boothroyd Training and Coaching Limited) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  In this privacy notice, we inform you about how we may process your data in the context of this website and as part of our business. 

This website

When viewing this site, your browser will contact the web server to retrieve the pages you wish to visit.  Technical data including your IP address (“technical browsing data”) will be transferred to us via our web host and is processed to enable the website you to see the website. We will not be able to identify you from this data. 

The web host will save a record of the pages you have visited automatically.  We only access and use this information to ensure there have been no attacks or unauthorised access to our site.  We may analyse this information generically from time to time to optimise the website. 

This website is hosted on our behalf by Squarespace and we and our IT support team may have access to this data for these purposes. 

We retain technical browsing data for upto 12 months.

These processing activities are based on our legitimate interests to operate a website for general information purposes; without our processing this data, you cannot access our website.
