  • Each business offsite is unique.  We structure our employee offsite days to balance learning, connection, group activities, and open discussions.  First, we find out what business impact you want to create from the offsite.  Together, we then hone the offsite objectives.  Based on this, we will share our suggestions for your offsite structure.

  • Yes, every offsite is totally unique to your needs.  The key for us is to know what business impact you want to create from the offsite.  Then, we work closely with you to design a programme that aligns with your team’s unique needs and objectives. Whether you want a stronger focus on team dynamics, leadership development, or strategic planning, we’ll create the agenda and activities to support your goals.

  • A standard offsite day runs from 9 am to 5 pm, with breaks for refreshments and lunch. However, we can adjust the timing to fit your team’s needs, and we also offer options for multi-day staff retreats if your team requires more time for in-depth work.  Typically, offsites last for 1 – 2.5 days.

  • Many of our clients come to us knowing they want to have an offsite event but unsure as to how best to use the time.  We specialise in helping to identify how to invest the offsite opportunity.
